Cancellation Policy
Thank you for scheduling a planning session with Blue Gato Travel Design. We look forward to spending dedicated time discussing your journey. PAYMENT Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your planning session. If you move forward with a Blue Gato planning service, your planning session investment will be credited toward your planning fee. RESCHEDULING We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge. CANCELLATIONS Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without notice, are generally non-refundable. EMERGENCIES We understand that unexpected situations arise. If an emergency prevents you from attending your scheduled session, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll work with you to reschedule or provide a refund when appropriate. OUR COMMITMENT Every planning session is dedicated exclusively to you and your journey. Our policies help ensure we can provide every traveler with the thoughtful attention they deserve.
